    I have a question for you. Now that winter is coming and say we don’t have a gym membership, how do we motivate ourselves to go outside for cardio exercise? Do you have alternative cardio exercises we can do indoors without any equipment?

    • Yes! how about you garage? I also worte an article about even using your stairs if you have one, there is a lot you can do inside with household stuff, must have something in there that can replace a dumbell.
