Minerals are inorganic elements or “non-living” elements that is important in nutrition of human, animals and plant or all living organism. There are a lot of minerals that is inside the human body. They are the main structural component of the body. Like vitamins, minerals also have some essential function in the human body.

When our body doesn’t receive enough nutrition, it easily becomes weak and is more prone to diseases. That is why it is also essential to take nutrition supplements. Nutrition supplements help support the health of the human body to fight and prevent diseases.

But even if you are not an athlete; you should drink plenty of water each day. The current recommendation for water is to include beverages with each meal and as your thirst dictates.

The only exception is for athletes and they should use the guideline of replacing each pound lost during exercise with 2 cups of water.   1. I enjoyed reading the breakdown of the healthy foods and explanations.  How would you classify the phytonutrients from plants?  I charge my water in a glass jug every day in the sun from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and then tell it the feelings that I want to obtain from drinking the water.    

    For healthy fats I find Walnuts and Salmon are good if you eat fish.  Also I have found Quinoa to be a good source of proteins.

    These valuable helpful information on keeping your body healthy is an asset to those who are looking to take a turn from bad habit of unhealthy eating.  These example of what our body needs are great for us to live a better vibrant and energetic lifestyle.  

    Eating the right food that has Nutrition where we can get the Vitamins, Minerals, Proteins, and exercise as often as possible like 3 to 4 times per week, that is what I usually do before Covid-19, but I still try to maintain my healthy eating habit, and consumed adequate liquid intake preferable at least eight classes of water. 

  3. One very essential needs of the human body is food and the type of food that one take in matters, for me protein are one of the necessary  food type or class of food one must take as they are control the growth of the human body…

    Another very important food class which you mentioned that I know men people neglect or try to avoid is the Fats although too much of it can cause a lot of problem but we all need them…

  4. Lately I’ve been feeling a bit dizzy when i stand up with my vision going dark for a few seconds. It’s been extremely uncomfortable and unsettling…I thought that maybe I was just getting sick since I’ve spent the last week painting cabinets without the proper respirator. Now, though, after reading this article, I’m realizing how little water I’ve been drinking since quarantine started as opposed to my previous routine. Thank you for reminding me! I used to use this water bottle with the time markings on the side to make sure I drank enough consistently throughout the day. I’ll be sure to get it back out!
